80% clearance, average £266/head

41 of the 42 were forward with an 80% clearance. The highest priced Ewe came from Strathallan Flock lot no. 20 RBG06 026 whose full sister was Royal Highland Show champion in 2007 & 2008 and Royal Champion in 2007. she was scanned in lamb with triplets to 'Criffel Hugh' (joint highest priced ram Carlisle 2008). The hammer falling to Calum Hillhouse, Woodston Manor Partnership, Tenbury Wells Worcs for 460gns.

The long journey down from Stirling prooved to be worthwhile for the Strathallan Flock who also got the Second highest price ewe RBG07 007 a Newark daughter in lamb to the champion ram from Carlisle 2006 'Swincombe Yahoo'. Nick Barron from Manor Farm, Cattistock, Dorset secured the ewe for 440gns
